Multiplayer overview
New 6v6 Core Map
Hiding Place (Launch): Master Omnimovement at this training site including target practice, hurdles, and jumps.
Extraction (Launch): The battle crosses the landing strip and D’Avalon Héliport building. Occupy the air traffic control tower for premium views.
Hacienda (Mid Season): Return to the famous wine estate first seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Fight in the two-story house or around the lush grounds.
Nuketown Vacation (Mid Season): Get festive as we celebrate CODMAS at the end of the season, including a Holiday themed Nuketown!
New 2v2/6v6 Raid Map
Heritage (Launch): Enter a fine arts museum that has been vandalized with paint. Navigate through the center of the sculpture to read some history of Avalon art.
Rackets (Mid Season): There has been a break-in at this labyrinthine bank vault. Fight around the bulldozers and attack enemies at every opportunity.
New Multiplayer Mode
Shakedown (Launch): Loot gold bars from chests scattered around the map and take them back to your team’s stash. Attack the enemy team’s saves and protect yours.
Prop Hunt (Launch): Fan favorite party mode is back! Integrate the landscape as a prop or become a Hunter, tracking down anything that looks out of place.

The definitive Ranked Play Experience will be coming in Season 01, which kicks off at the end of November. Director’s Mode for Terminus, Liberty Falls (Launch)
Witness the horrific human experiments conducted on Terminus Island and collect LTG for Dr. The mysterious Panos at Liberty Falls. Aimed Mode offers more guidance in completing objectives with a maximum spin limit of 15.
New Map: Fortress of the Dead (Mid-Season)
Weaver, Maya, Carver, and Gray travel to an abandoned castle in Europe, a “fortress of the dead” that introduces a medieval village filled with grisly horrors and tantalizing secrets.
Call of Duty: War Zone Overview
New Awakening Map: Area 99 (Launch)
Deploy to the new Awakening map inspired by the fast-paced action of Nuketown. Enter the scorching desert environment around the central “bullseye” Reactor along with other points of interest such as the Mannequin Assembly factory, underground Bunkers, and the expansive Factory and Loading Bay where pre-fabricated Nuketown residences were once built.
Returns Maps and Modes
Return to Urzikstan and Rebirth Island arrives one week after the launch of Season 01. Play Battle Royale and Plunder in Urzikstan, and Resurgence on Rebirth Island and the new Area 99.
